Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for orders over $2,000 in orange county area. For toher ares, the vendors will directly ship your items from warehouse.
Can I return my items?
You can definitely return your items if the items are damaged during freight. For other reasons, you have to notify us in seven days before you return your items. Some items requires 20% restocking fee but most are not. We will inform you when you make the return.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Some items are eligible for expedited shipping through Fedex or UPS. Please let us know if you want your items faster.
Can I pick my items up?
Surely you can pick them up when they arrive at our warehouse. Please make an appointment with us in advance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order in 24 hours. After that, your order will be processed, and it might cause a 20% restocking fee for any cancellation.
